were awarded "damages" by the Jury ..

if Damages are awarded - Delaware case law

provides for prejudgment interest

Hamish said the question is wether it will

be simple interest or compound interest ...

does it make any sense to give interest to

one class of shares only when Damages were

awarded as harm to both P's & Common
