You are lying. The FINRA Notice of Deficiency was specifically for the missing years of financials, not for trying to enact a reverse split. You are attempting to mislead the naive and the dumb, unfortunately some of us see right through you.

As far as "none of that applies now", perhaps you missed when George recently withdrew the SEC appeal attempt that had been made. There would be no need for even attempting that if "none of that applies now".

As far as "look up examples of deficient tickers", once again you are attempting to mislead the naive and the dumb by using the term deficient as if it is the equivalent of an official FINRA Notice of Deficiency. It is not. I have challenged you to provide a ticker with an actual Notice of Deficiency that had name/ticker changes go through. You claim there are some but you are lying. You cannot provide even one example, you just move on while throwing out insults.

Let's see an example. Demonstrate that you are not a lying sack of crap. I'll bet that you cannot.
