Thank you Ron. The parties are briefing whether the Court should award prejudgment interest
on the Fannie Mae portion of the judgment (the question of prejudgment interest on the Freddie
portion was decided by the jury, who elected not to award it). We think Delaware law requires
the award, and the only issue is whether it should be compound or interest, and we think the case
law supports compounded. There’s something on the order of another $200 million at stake. It
should be fully briefed within the next two or three weeks and then we should get that decided
and a final judgment.
