it's not moving up because people understand that a company has to have a reason for its value to increase and nit just because a chart looks good or share structure is less than another stock that moved or because it is being pumped. there are a ton of reasons not to buy this company that was in the .000s not too long ago. there is no reason for it to be making new highs when it's already overvalued for the stats amd financial health. and the otc is no longer a place that is rewarding obscene values to penniless companies. shareholders have wised up to that approach to trading the otc. few people want to be bagholders who chase stocks that pumpers who frontloaded them are trying to sell.
