always ask "why" (are we still waiting) ... 2 wks after our 10 YEAR LONG case verdict
after being dismissed, then Appealed and then 4-4 HUNG JURY ?
"why" are we still waiting for a FINAL LAMBERTH VERDICT to be entered ?

1st and foremost the 8-0 UNANIMOUS VERDICT in a DC COURT was beyond YUGE !
I think avg JOE is TOTALLY FED UP w Corrupt GOVT Conduct really helped our CASE
along with Hamish Hume who applied the KISS principal to THE FACTS ... HE WON !

2nd I think the Jury simply didn't want to calculate the Interest & left that up to the JUDGE
3rd - from what has been posted the Interest is Black Letter LAW & not up for JUDICIAL DISCRETION
4th - I think the IMPACT on "other" CASES of our VERDICT is BEYONG GINORMOUSLY YUGE !!!
5th - "why" haven't they ALL filed ? - they're ALL waiting for OUR FINAL VERDICT

the RUTHLESS SHORTs were caught Flat footed expecting us to LOSE & they HAD to COVER
then they WANTED THEIR MONEY BACK and went on MAJOR ATTACK - they got REPAID

this week could be & should be VERY EXCITING (but mkt is still waiting to see TANGIBLE RESULTS)
