OK, the REG SHO list yesterday was day 8...if still on today, day 9, we will find out tomorrow...I spent some time, late this afternoon, on the SEC site, and the Nasdaq...I looked at every single filing for TKO since Jan.1-07. On the nazz, I went thru every page they had with relevance to TKO. I went to MSN Money, as they have broken out, things such as 5% holders, separate from Mutual funds with money invested in TKO, separate from Institutions.(we are down from 46 on 1/31-07 to 39 as of yesterday, btw)..I have searched thru Edgar, RTT summaries, and the Street calendar. I am looking for anything out of the ordinary, in an historical way...to explain what is happening today, for instance, and the past couple of weeks re the shares and the share price. There are no NEW filings for insider sales, which is required by law, unless TKO is purposely holding them back.
I have endeavored to decipher, with my most ana-critical eye, the GE announcement, the letter to the shareholders, and the 8-k from today. I have some opinions--some good, some not so good....I will say however, that should this company survive the short term, it will have to really 'put out' in Q1, as far as eps and keep some of the money from revenues...instead of spending more money...they need to spend efficiently and maybe even retrench some on spending...as I read the GE stuff, it looks to me as though GE is going to 'upgrade' the product....which means they are going to get money for that, they are going to produce the product, again they will get paid for that...I was quetioning whether the patents held as much value (other than the FIPS) as they used to. I don;t think so. I am willing to be corrected.
