This is now a joke. Premier’s Attorneys regard it as such. And you wonder as to why Premier’s Lenders, etc. are DEMANDING that GNCP be “exiled”. NO, they do not want to lose their interests in GNCP as they are large; but they are conservative people and being guided by Attorneys.

This is such rubbish that any Judge will “laugh it out of Court” at the first hearing.

That being said, this is making my life impossible. These guys have “scared off” any saviors of GNCP; now including Premier.
