The ECRF comment request was a precursor to most of what you said in that order

Can it do it blindly and cause a political downfall

So they will announce a revised capital rule based on those feedbacks received and then move the coins is my guess

But only elephant in the room is Sandra. She doesn't understand these.. so if someone is acting from behind, hopefully it can happen

We will know in 4 more weeks if the ECarf comments request was a dummy rubber-stamp activity and she comes out and says, current EcRF is good OR whether she acts on it and brings it down...
