In theory that 10 mill order is going to cause the stock to go up if it gets filled.
The reason behind the thought is anyone wanting to buy shares is going to have to wait behind that 10 million shares or jump in front of it or hit the ask.
It is possible that some may have taken profits on BD** and are trying to put some on DLOC.
I don’t follow the other stock to much to know much other than it doubled in the last 2 trading days.
