Sometimes I wonder if the quarterly filing is intentionally late, keeping downward pressure on the stock, allowing insiders and friends to convert convertible preferred A shares at the closing low of $0.00005, allowing them to accumulate as many shares as possible. Nothing surprises me in the OTC!
