I have been surprised by many things associated with Voip-pal but not on a positive basis. I was really surprised when Koh ruled Alice against us. I was surprised that a federal judge could get away with the negative bias she clearly had against patent companies. I was surprised that Albright allowed the transfer of Meta and Google back to NCAL. I was surprised that Voip-pal entered into dismissals with most of the defendants after expending so much time and resources without receiving anything material in exchange. Several other surprises over the years but none of which were really positive in nature. Yet there is one individual who has been calling for a "surprise" over the last couple of years, the kind of surprise that will make shareholders extremely happy. But alas, these positive surprises have never materialized. Of course, when asked, the individual never supplies any information because he has nothing to provide. So what do you call someone who constantly makes this type of claim? An egotist, narcissist , dreamer, wishful thinker or just plain Pumper. We here like to refer to him simply as Deerballs. The company will likely settle at some point and DB will surely announce this was the surprise he was calling for all along. the prophet
