I should have added about 30 to 35 million to go thru all 3 phases. "Sure, once they have the money, and decided to pursue, will take 3 to 3 ½ years to get it thru phase 1,2,.3. IF it passes then another 6 mo. to a year for development and roll out. But again, they don’t have the money, and there not even up to pre-trial. Grab a snickers.
