I went through a big purge in the last year.
Virtually all my cassettes are gone. You can't play them in the car or home anymore. I still have a few radio recordings that I can play on a baby boom box and that's it.
A lot of CDs are gone too. Bands didn't put out albums where 10 of 12 songs were gems. Not after my golden age of tune buying.
I donated a bunch to the Veterans pick up group.
But my beloved vinyl they'll have to pry from my dead fingers. OK, there might be a few turds in there and I'll get to doing a light pruning when the cold weather sets in. One or two, I might part with if the price is right.
