NO BK for FHFA it's not a company it's an extension of Government it can't draw funds from the GSE to pay damages etc, that would have to come from treasury!

If FHFA were to draw funds from the GSE then that is another breach of the verdict 8-0. You would be depleting captail from the GSE's and not preserving them. This is all hypothetical I'm no lawyer or accountant.

As Plaintiffs submitted there damages model to Judge Lambert a few days ago the damages will continue to build every Q until the LP is removed ! One can argue that if the Gov was to convert the SPSA that to would be in breach of ( fair dealing to conserve and preserve) Again who knows how the law works on those issues but sure does make a good argument to the Gov to release and canceal the SPSA and LP OR there will be more law suits on the back of the 8-0 VERDICT
