Voip-Pal.Com Inc (OTCMKTS: VPLM) is a highly volatile patent infringement play currently trading at the absolute bottom of its trading range that is due for a major reversal northbound. The Company is currently pursuing patent infringement lawsuits against Verizon and T-Mobile scheduled for this October in Waco which could lead to major billion dollar settlements. VPLM also recently reached a settlement with Amazon with both parties reaching an an agreement on principle to resolve all issues in the case however no dollar amount has been announced yet.

While VPLM skyrocketed to $0.45 in 2018 the stock has never seen the type of move that NLST (the other patent infringement play on the OTC) made running to over $10 per share in 2021. However, VPLM is regularly compared to NLST and trades much the same way that NLST did for years before it made its run to $10. This is an exciting time for VPLM and the stock had moved over $0.10 just a few months ago before Barbara, the CEO’s wife or ex-wife begin selling large blocks of stock decimating the share price.

VPLM recently reported PTAB terminated Samsung’s involvement in Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) filed against U.S. Patent Nos. 8,630,234 and 10,880,721 and denied T-Mobile’s request for joinder to those IPRs. The PTAB has also denied institution of T-Mobile’s corresponding IPR petition. As a result of these events, all IPR petitions against the Company have now been terminated. In total, VoIP-Pal has endured a total of 28 IPR petitions dating back to 2016 and won every single one of them. The Company has also eliminated all Alice section 101 challenges and consolidated its legal battles into the Western District of Texas in Waco where the Company is moving towards trials with Verizon, T-Mobile, and Amazon.
