very true. watch the top here. recent convertera have not even started selling again yet. but that is about to begin too $2.5k in revenue should be all folks need to know here. the filings are abysmal you cannot make something out of nothing. there is not even a good foundation here. the company would be able to sell a helluva lot more than $10k per year in product if they had something the public wants. and their assets would be valued far above $48k. meanwhile theor debts are at $1.7m. and the terms of the remaining convertibles is based on .001s pps. so the number of shares needed to even pay what they owe is well over 400 million shares. and that is just for old debt. does not include new terms for more financing to keep operations going.
