So first Sharp never stated anything about the proceeding, I heard this for months.

Sharp might be playing semantics but he has never mentioned the SEC/FINRA administrative proceeding and restriction on corporate actions in any tweet, disclosure or financial statement where this is relevant information that shareholders should be aware of.

But now the proceeding dismissed and now he HAS and DID state it?

The withdrawl of the application by Sharp was already known by Sharp stating that he would withdraw the application. This was stated in the financial reports.

It's funny how Sharp/GVSI keeps putting all the fallacies to bed and then the goalposts are moved.
