it's about using smarts in a new otc market that no longer overvalues companies that have zero cash and nearly zero revenues. there are literally hundreds of low penny tickers of companies that are generating millions in revenues but have been beaten down to market caps under $3m. meanwhile, there are otc stock like this company that is sitting with $10k revenues and barely $40k in cash with no money to operate or pay for their inventory or pay their employees without reporting to convertible dilution debt. bdpt still has at least $1.7m in debt and a measles $48k in assets but sitting with a $2m market cap. overpriced with .000 convertibles. only fools would chase this when there are tons of recently converted shares that have not been dumped into the float yet. read the filings. financials are ugly. anybody trying to convince people that transparency makes.the company worth more is pumping and dumping. they know better.
