the otc has been facing a reckoning for almost two years now because there are real pennies on the naz that have real revenues. and investors realize that companies with no revenues don't deserve naz penny-type market caps. I don't care how transparent they are. transparency does not equate to value or equity. companies that have no revenues and need constant financing to pay all pf their bills don't deserve multi million dollar market caps. that is why the penny market is suffering now.
