FACT: folks like it or lump it, the reason ETIM has fallen the past 2 days is primarily due to the balance of 504 shares, while these shares are NO longer is the company's kitty they are still in the hands of the financiers, hopefully they are done or real close to liquidation....

when the company PR'd the other day that they has exhausted their pool of 504 shares they were telling the truth, what happens to those shares once they're out of the company till is out of EI's hands, this is a FACT...... this is NOT more dilution, those shares have already been figured into the A/S-O/S equation! (imo)
