In fairness, most otc plays are better at bull crapping. They release gold dipped promises with attached dates. The date is rarely kept but it's a window for an orchestrated run. That's why people are obviously upset. They do understand the otc and know that atvk could be blasting up if anybody besides Shawn were releasing updates lol
