The hammer that will take everyone by surprise will be the Audited Financials that will accomplish two things ; #1 : provide all the data for the SEC to make a determination and finalize their investigation with appropriate recommendations and / or corrective action(s) , and #2 : as a fully reporting company CKYS would immediately qualify for the OTCBB .

That will be a good day .
