Truth and Transparency, scooter83 and whoever else that has investigated this disastrous deal. This is exactly what I am talking about. Who is to blame?? One has to wonder if Mark was under duress or of sound mind when making this deal?? Where were our overpaid part time executives, Board of directors, lawyers etc.....Why did someone anyone not step in and say Mark, this is a very bad deal we cannot move forward with it??? Why did Mark Smith not have a null and void clause for NioCorp receiving so little in return SMH??? Why didn’t Niocorp management help Mark Smith and explore every possible scenario that could happen when doing this sort of deal?? So far, the Worst-case scenarios are happening. Silver lining, we also got sand kicked in our faces but added a couple of dip Shi+'s from GXII who are now Board of directors. On top of that GX made millions and added millions of free shares?? WTF??? You cannot make this stuff up?? Somehow, I still believe the whole crew at Niocorp are stellar guys just bad at running a business start-up or not. I am sure investors in this company who have passed are rolling in the graves seeing what has happened to this wonderful company :(

Who is to blame???

1) Mark Smith and team?

2) Lender A?

3) GX?

4)Yorkville?

5)Putz? I think we all agree Putz is to blame lol. Just kidding man I love ya and your humor dark or not I get a kick out of you.

6)Covid??

7) Yet Unknown?
