So they just made up a risk that really…..

doesn’t exist specifically about Juno?

We’re approaching the two year mark for the permit.

When they reapplied for Areas 1 and 2 they had the permits from DEP and Corp in less than six months.

Then it’s confirmed that Juno is in a reserve area, which hasn’t been disclosed by the company in filings.

What are those risks?

SFRX has had work suspended at least twice by the state. Perhaps their record of blatantly violating permits is an issue. The last violation was directed by either the PA or the PM at the ring area, I need to check, but that shows a lack of competence.

One idea behind UNESCO and similar initiatives is to allow only qualified supervision of projects.

What’s the hold up? The company hasn’t explained.
