Interesting how in February George used the phrase "can move forward with discussions" instead of "will move forward with discussions" and now in August we see why. According to the filing there is no merger on the horizon and he has not even started looking for one.

.I winder how many people got suckered in by that subtle little language thing he did back then and just assumed that meant a merger was imminent when it actually was not.
