Maybe so, but calculating a projected price backwards from an industry average P/E for an unknown company or a company with NO financial information is ridiculous. Average P/E is a valid comparison tool when evaluating a company for which you can calculate a P/E ratio, but pretending that the average for the industry represents what a pink stock will achieve at some indeterminate point in time is just nuts.
