Since short selling is allegedly not permitted for non marginal stocks, inscrupulous market makers can go long or short under the guise of keeping an orderly market.

I believe that elite has been manipulated by unscrupulous market makers with Citadel being an All Star in that department. Nwbo currently has a pending case which may be favorably resolved, hopefully, later this year.

As The King has noted,some big houses do not permit purchases of otc, bulletin board, stocks which has helped nefarious MMs ply their trade.

When Eltp gets on Nasdaq the stock price should achieve fair value based on excellent fundamentals and future growth with Needle Changer ANDA approvals.

Who knows, a future acquirer may even be interested in Sequest.
