I doubt it's The Rat but he sure ain't helping maintain the upward momentum ........ Diane Sloth implies he is holding back on the PR's to allow the short sellers to cover ??????? I think The Sloth wants us to believe that there are like 6 Billion shares naked shorted .... something stupid like that ...............

I remember you calling for Elite to fall into the $0.02's YEARS AGO ... Well it did and EVERYONE here bought all of their shares at that price ..............
