The biggest is potential dilution.
Dont kid yourself it's coming one way or another. The company has all but said so in the filings.

The question is will it come after proving mass scale production or before.
One way is going to suck the other is going to hurt.


If there is mass scale production would that not be a positive for the stock price and I would assume it would increase rapidly and if Kim needed more money any dilution would be proportionately minimized by the higher price. What if it attracts companies that desire the now plentiful product and thus more money enters KBLB coffers depending on the contract? Hurt is not how I see it, isn't that the natural flow of things for every developing company? Thus every company that accomplishes a milestone/game changer no longer has to worry about seeking out deals that suck and should be grateful that it only hurts. A bit too negative of a view IMO. I think as John Mellonhead sang "It hurts so good".
