Dumb azz question is why would the SEC and Depository Trust allow any company to reverse split any company 7 or 8 times in a row if they were really protecting investors, I think they are both full of SHIT they aren't really interested in any investors whatsoever or they would not just allow you to only sell certificates when they freeze or chill the company so who does that benefit only people like Bernie Madoff that have sold certificates shot.
