I remember the Traveller saying that he had a deal lined up that would have saved the company but that he was ignored.

And there was one other guy who wrote about sitting on an airplane with someone who was intrigued by OWCP and wanted to invest. This guy also was also rebuffed by OWCP management, either Ziv Turner or Bignutz.
