Why is it so hard for you to understand that ICNM did not "buyout AAPT"?
All they did was purchase an asset from them. AAPT still exists. It still stands on its own. It just no longer owns Kuora. It sold Kuora to ICNM. ICNM bought Kuora from AAPT. That's all.
ICNM did not buy the entirety of AAPT. That's why you still have AAPT shares that you get to stare at in your account.
