BUT the problem was, none of the Shareholders - Common or Prefferreds really fought ( except for the Couple of Hedge Funds whose coat-tails we are still trying to ride today) what happened by Filing Lawsuits against the Govt Grab, at that time....Silence Means "Consent' and the Predator will Have his Kill...Oh, The Silence of the Lambs, they didn't even bleat and they got eaten Alive...
