I made this and used the kitchen aid to knead, check out the second recipe soooo easy and good

White bread

3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast, also known as bread machine yeast.
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup cool water.

Mix up dry stuff then mix in wet stuff. After mixed knead for about 10 times. Put in lightly oiled glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise until about double. I let mine rise in the oven with just the oven light on. Took about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

When done rising knead it again on floured counter top. Oil a 9x5 bread pan put dough in pan to rise again, I spray top of dough with Pam.

Bake at 400 for 30-40 mins. I put butter all over top when it came out of oven.

I've made that no knead bread a few times and it comes out with big air holes, this doesn't.

This makes 2 loaves, for 1 loaf follow the = symbols

5 cups bread Flour = 2 ½ cups
1/4 cup Sugar = 2 tbsp
1 Tsp Salt = ½ tsp
1-1/2 Tbsp Yeast = 2 ¼ tsp
2-1/2 Cups Milk = 1 ¼ cup
4 Tbsp butter = 2 tbsp
1 Egg for egg wash (optional)

I used all purpose flour and water instead of bread flour and milk. It came out great.

Stir all, let rest 5 minutes, stir again rise 1 hour, put in bread pan let rise again.

On the last rise with the dough in the bread pan, for me it took longer than 15 minutes for it to rise. I’d say at least 30 - 45 minutes. You want the dough just a little over the top of the bread pan.

I also didn’t use butter and flour in the bread pan, I just used PAM.

Just remember fresh bread doesn’t last as long as store bought bread because it has no preservatives. This bread is so good right of the oven with oodles of butter, mmm mmm

Bake at 375 pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.

I didn’t use the egg wash.
