I still haven't seen the so called "clear evidence" although I've asked for quite some time and I don't understand there having to be an evil bogeyman who made a fortune shorting the stock when volume and short numbers show otherwise. They lost and we lost but the drug looks like it will be advanced and that's my hope. In my opinion its more obvious than ever that the company needed to get the money to ensure they could eventually fund an additional trial in MS or whatever they choose because if they had to raise money today it would certainly be at a lower level than pre results and the doors likely closed for good.
