Can’t speak for all of the Europeans, but nobody of the ones I know likes the drop in share price. They blame the SPAC failure for the delay , but have an investment focus, no trading focus. The project has improved over time, not worsened, and delivers an incredible value of potentially $ 600 mio EBITDA per year for at least 38 years. They see the current drop as temporarily, the result of manipulation to entice the weaker retail investors to sell, facilitated by the very low float and Yorkville. We are all looking for signs of progress and belief it’s happening as we speak. Stellantis is pretty aggressive in pursuing its ‘ electrification’ strategy. An off take agreement and a possible equity stake would accelerate the process. A lot of European investors have been very early investors ( have some meat on their bones ), have more knowledge now about the challenges in mining and financing than they had 10 years ago, and are willing to wait.
