A reverse split would have to be shareholder approved so I would think their only option at this point would be to file a plan to become compliant and request the 6 month extension.

I see potential here but the dilution is worrisome.
I believe management needs to step up if share price is going to recover.

They are talking a big game with big plans. But can they deliver?

Might throw a few $$$ into the mix tomorrow.
