The government can do just as I said and tie anyone up in court for the next 15 years trying to refute it.

JPS are equity, hmmmmm then why only a guarantee on a dividend and if a bankruptcy liquidation? I can get pretty much the same protection on a CD at a bank or credit union, but doesn't mean that CD is equity. It's all accounting bullcrap. Equity to me has say so in the business planning, functioning and picking of who you think is competent to run things.... last I looked, JPS has no say so in anything important, and that's how it should be since their soul function is a return and self preservation, just like now in the courts! Give two shits about the companies as long as they reap some magnanimous reward. So, as I said, not equity in my book.
