I don't believe they have knowledge or the expertise to properly achieve the instant gratification that many want to gain with this stock....Its a OTC for goodness sakes...what do you people expect I mean really did you think you would buy this and it would magically triple in a year or two? IT is not going to happen I am soryy to disappoint everyone who though they would rich after buying this. Let them get a Cafe or two open in Canada...IF and WHEN that happens we may see a bump but a small one...THE FIRST THING THAT WILL NEED TO HAPPEN is an Epiphany Cafe in NY or a major metropolitan city and then we may see a return... I dont think we will see audited income, p&l or any other accounting documents in the near future. As bad as I would like to see it the company doesnt seem to be able to take the ledgered information from all the companies to an accounting firm ?? I mean really? The say that logistically it is a difficult task I don't think that is the problem. I just dont believe that the management believes its that big of an issue for them as they own an accounting firm. They are mistaken because investors here in the US are accustomed to seeing actual audited financials every quarter and yoy. We will see but I still say this is a LONG TERM play and thats in the 5-10 yr range.
