Lol Cecil had his offices paid for likely near his residence by investors so he could drum up more money and work on his other deals without paying overhead.

He promised big money raises but that didn’t come. Instead Cecil did what he knows best and got small investments from doctors, dentists etc….I suspect he must have grown weary of the numerous house calls for a measly 5k investment! If the CFO wouldn’t relocate to Texas there not a chance Cecil would…
