I see that question often - Why would a custodian spend their own money on a shell if they didn't fully intend to wind up with the most amazingest merger ever, just bursting at the seams with unicorns and rainbows?

Quick and dirty answer: Because they know they will be repaid regardless.

They all issue themselves shares with the snap of a finger as compensation for whatever costs they incur.

From the filings:
"The Company issued 300,000 preferred shares to George Sharp in 2021 upon his being named
as custodian on May 4, 2021 for the $50,000 cash invested and $50,000 worth of consulting fees
incurred.
As of June 30, 2023, the Company owes George Sharp $33,180, which is the amount funded
over the $50,000 agreed to."

That seems to foreshadow him issuing even more shares to himself, doesn't it?

"The Series B preferred shares have a 10,000:1 conversion and voting rights. The Series A preferred shares are
voting only and have no conversion rights. The voting is equal to 50% of the issued and as converted preferred
shares plus 1 vote."

Heck, George's 20,000,000 commons are probably in the money on their own enough to cover his costs. Then those 300,000 B Preferred so far convert into 3 Billion shares. Even at a one cent share price those would be worth 30 million dollars. .001 would be 3 million bucks and the lowly .0001 would be 300,000 dollars - still over double what he has paid in. And that's worst case, like no name and ticker change, no merger etc. .0001 and he still more than doubles his money.

Blah blah "but he declared no converting for 20 years". Well guess what? He can reverse that just as easily as he declared it. It wasn't a court order or anything of the like.

Now do the math if he actually gets in a merger. Yup, astounding. But do keep in the back of your mind he makes money no matter how poorly it does.

As far as your statement "Without you providing a motive, commons sense says you're here for an agenda - not because you really believe what you post.", why wouldn't I believe what I post? I post true things. Of course I believe them. They are the truth. As far as an agenda, I very much loathe seeing people get lied to on these boards. If I can counter that crap, then great. If you truly believe that only money can be a motivation then you are a sad soul. But you can also consider that I trade these things too. If people can fall for less lies then perhaps their hard-earned cash can go into tickers with more legit happenings going on that I am also in and then we both make some money.

(But it's also real fun to fugg with d-bags that lie through their teeth to the naive, the uneducated and those that don't have the wherewithal to do their own DD. That must be so infuriating to them that I enjoy it for sport. And yes, I do in fact walk little old ladies across the street too.)
