I would like him to remove his section completely, but at least his section is green and not red now.

Still looks bad because it's in all caps and a huge font which makes it hard to read. Most people will probably just ignore it.

However, he is indeed deceiving shareholders and potential shareholders about a share repurchase. It's not going to happen.

What's bad is when you look at his section of the iBox on a phone, his big as* words cover the ENTIRE screen.

People may just stop reading there and not notice the "Products & Pipeline" and "Financials" that follow his section.

Ridiculous.

Much better but comment of share " repurchase " discussion" does not merit top billing or belong on top.

Moderators are supposed to be neutral. Not Advocates or Opponents.
