They started it to shut down again. The startup was to see how the upgrade is going.
Bottom line, this was intentional, shook the tree hard and got rid of some week hands, and the whales just got a little richer. Until the whales either burn or get out they will manipulate the price until they are tired of making money. Green will either make or sink this think.
