The new CFO is apparently such a clown he can’t even get his own name right in filings he has signed as accurate and truthful.

I don’t think he can have read it - indeed he probably didn’t see the document before it was filed with the SEC.

The desperation and overt threats of VPLM’s undisclosed IRPs here and elsewhere tells you that this gig is nearly up.
