1st Major Board Meeting with new representatives present.
The company will focus on its present goals and outline its future projections goals. 3rd quarter revenues will be announced along with projections for the 4th quarter. New Board Members will represent the new series b preferred shareholders who completed an $5.1 million private placement.
The New Board along with Management will concentrate on selling the inherent value of the company-Right Now! Shareholders will not have to wait long to see the results. The increasing value will allow for expansion based on expanding equity rather than on expensive debt.
