What people may not understand, which they can look up, is that an audit, especially one that Nils has gone with, takes months and months and months to complete. While, he completed the financials for 2 of those years, because he brought in a new company, would take them some time to look over those original documents, then work on year 3. This has an entire process which Nils kind of laid out in each conference, and I verified. Then, there is the Form 10, which can take an additional 60 days. Everything can take 4-9 months to undertake from my simple research and costs several - $100,000 to even several millions of dollars to complete with all the forms, time, paperwork, etcetera.

So, we are still in the realm of possibility from what I gather. Anyone with expertise in this would be of help but that is what I am finding on various sites.
