Don’t worry, that’s not going to be happening. Sharp has everything “in order” or he WOULD NOT have filed the APPLICATION.

Sharp filed an application to get GVSI SEC registered and reporting and failed miserably by having to withdraw GVSI's Form 10 registration that it never refiled it because Sharp said he abandoned getting GVSI audited, SEC registered and reporting. It could definitely happen again with the name and ticker change corporate actions especially since GVSI has a FINRA notice of deficiency and restriction on its corporate actions.

GVSI never refiled its SEC Form 10 registration and Sharp said he abandoned doing so.

No high value reputable company will merge with GVSI if it has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency, the shares might be contested, if GVSI is not a registered and reporting SEC stock, has a bloated share structure of 7 billion and 2.4 billion OS and most importantly, if there is a current SEC/FINRA restriction on GVSI corporate actions.

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
