The float is the shares out on the street. The float is the number of shares of a company's stock that are available for trading by the general public, The statement you quote below is wrong, and that is misleading for the reader here.

when you show float numbers, you can show if noteholders are still holding. otherwise, you don't know of they are not dumping.if the ta doesn't give you the float that will be a sign that there are still shara left to dump.

Your statement quoted below is not only incorrect, but it also suggests that you are unable to distinguish the share structures of the company.

you keep calling the transfer agent about the os but say nothing of the float. you don't ever ask about the float numbers? is the float as large as the os? if not that will tell you potentially how many shares are.still available to dump into it.

Let's me make it clear for you and for Threeflight.
What missing here is the restricted shares. Restricted shares are shares of a company's stock that are subject to certain restrictions or limitations on their sale or transfer. The outstanding shares minus the restricted shares then you have a total float which are available for trading by the general public. Are you comprehend this yet?

Hesontheloose, KeepItRealistic, and I maintain regular contact with the TA as we delve deeper into the filings. I acknowledge the necessity of methodically calculating each note issuance and determining the total number of shares that have the potential for conversion. The rationale behind this is rooted in my understanding that note holders might choose to retain their shares for an extended period. This particular aspect represents a potential loophole. Unfortunately, some individuals, yourself included your mate exploit this loophole to propagate unfounded fears of dilution, causing unnecessary distress among the community here.

The reality is that everyone here is engaged in trading the stock to generate profits. In order for this to materialize, certain individuals must stand their ground, and there's no justification for driving them away to secure more affordable shares. It's truly disheartening to witness you and your associate consistently exploiting this loophole to instill fear and manipulate the situation to your advantage in order to acquire shares at lower prices.

Enough talks! This post is my final input reply for you. Please don't bother me again.

Let's maintain a positive atmosphere, and everyone will benefit.
