I'd say you're right. Shouldn't conflate. Seperate issues totally. Maybe now at least some can see that I wasn't just whistling Dixie when I keep predicting the "monkey wrenches". They were not just pulled out of a hat. I simply knew they had to appear as things got closer to some kind of end. I knew they had to and ea time, BOOM, like magic... This case, which I haven't read behind the Bloomberg book, may or may not be frivolous. It also might be another drag of delays. I wouldn't even put it last the Emu to have paid some to start a bogus case simply in order to create more delays. Anything is possible because I find the emu to be very smart and very shifty. Apparently, his bro, Raul, is seen by many in the same light in his Canadian traffic control cartel, I've heard and read. Anyway the plot thickens into a very soupy entertainment value. I've mentally written off my remaining shares long ago and since I'm long ago locked into the black, I feel I'm getting great value for my entertainment dollar! I still wish I could get my 50¢. I know, I know....never gonna happen.
