Well now there is only ONE thing the company is waiting on, the SEC. If you think that process happens overnight, well I don’t know what to tell you. If you look at Edgar, they are on their third iteration and the CFO said he felt they were close when I talked to him. Again, waiting on a government agency though, so you know how that goes.

Interesting, I never saw this name pumped that was part of the reason I originally like it. Who was pumping this name like you eluded to? Most of the notorious pumpers on the otc never koolaided this thing that I saw. Heck, if they showed up here after the S-1 goes “EFFECT” there is no telling how high this could go with its share structure. Usually pumpers don’t deal with real companies like this though
